After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order
details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order
within a few minutes of ordering.
We will attempt to despatch your order via Australia Post or Fastway couriers within 24 hours of receiving your order; however if a product is out of stock, delivery will take one to two days longer, depending on the location from which the replacement stock is being shipped to wine2home.com.au (i.e. Melbourne, Country Victoria or Interstate)
We will notify you within 2 working days of receiving your order if a product is out of stock and replacement stock is no longer available. At which time you can choose to place an order for an alternative product or cancel your order . If you choose to cancel your order we will refund your credit card.
